Sinker (ram) EDM with fine finish capability to 4Rmax for complex cavities and detail work. Our sinker EDM machines are served by an integrated electrode-machining cell with robotic electrode changers — meaning lights-out runs and consistent results every cycle.
All electrodes are mounted on System 3R Macro Combi pallets for repeatable positioning throughout the electrode machining and EDM workflow.
