Mold Types & Services

Hot Runner Molding

Reduces or eliminates cold-runner scrap. We work with all commercial hot-runner vendors and help develop your hot-runner tool.

Die Cast (Al, Zn, Mg)

Single and multi-cavity tooling. Techmire and Dynacast insert sets plus dedicated tooling. Mechanical and hydraulic side actions as geometry requires.

Plastic Injection (Conventional)

Flat parting lines through complex parting-line transitions with multiple mechanical/hydraulic actions.

Auto Unscrewing Tools

Hydraulic, linear-actuated, or encoded servo/orbit drives to form and retract threaded cores. Clean-room capable.

Multi-Shot Injection Molding

Multiple layers, materials, or colors. Permanent markings, clear windows, flexible seal/tactile areas, thick sections without sink.

Insert Molding

Encapsulate threaded inserts, electrical contacts, and wired sensors — vertical and horizontal approaches.

Prototype Tooling

Proof of Concept (rapid build) and Proof of Process (single-cavity matching production tool's cooling/ejection/injection).
